Compatibility
Only compatible with Hiseeu camera. Compatible models include ASINs: B07K1CZN1L, B07JQZQRVG, B07SVY794V, B07FVSK6BY, B081PRVDJ3, B08JYMYPCM. Ensure you select the suitable camera for optimal performance.
Resolution and Channels
This NVR supports up to 5.0M megapixel cameras and can handle up to 10 channels. Hiseeu's 5MP cameras feature enhanced human detection functionality, providing clearer images and reducing false motion notifications. The NVR also supports 3MP, 960P, and 1080P cameras.
Storage
The NVR does not come with an internal hard drive. To record video, you must first install an internal hard drive. The NVR supports a maximum capacity of up to 6TB. You can purchase a 2.5-inch internal hard drive.
Connecting New Cameras
If you want to add a new camera to your NVR, follow these steps: 1. Right-click on your NVR in the camera list and select “+”. 2. Hold the camera reset button for about 10 seconds. 3. Click "Continue" and wait for the new IP address to appear. 4. If no IP address appears, click "Search" again.
Power Supply
Ensure the power supply for the NVR is either 12V2A or 12V3A output. Connecting a 12V1A power supply to the NVR will not provide sufficient power to run the device, especially the hard drive.
Built-in Wi-Fi
The NVR comes with a built-in Wi-Fi router. This feature allows the NVR to receive and record all cameras with its own bandwidth, thereby freeing up your home router. Internet access is only required for remote viewing.
