The latest wireless NVR from 2024 supports up to 5.0-megapixel cameras and 16 channels. The Hiseeu 5MP camera offers a human detection function, providing clearer images and fewer false motion detection notifications. Additionally, 3MP, 960P, and 1080P cameras are still supported.
The system features built-in Wi-Fi connectivity between the NVR and the cameras, allowing the cameras to be paired with the Hiseeu NVR without a network. The NVR itself is equipped with a built-in router, enabling direct communication. Furthermore, the system includes a speaker, enabling two-way communication.
The NVR supports multiple playback modes. If you want to review recordings, you'll need to install a hard drive (HDD) first. Once the HDD is installed, you can access the recordings through the phone app, computer software, or the NVR monitor. Note that when you connect 5MP cameras to the NVR, it can only support playback for two cameras simultaneously.
To connect a camera to the NVR, follow these steps: 1. Right-click the NVR mouse and choose "Camera." 2. Select the "+" icon and press the camera's reset button for approximately 10 seconds. 3. Click "Continue" and wait for a new IP address to appear, then click "Continue" again. 4. If no IP address appears, click "Search" again.
Please note that the package does not include a hard drive (HDD). Without an HDD, the NVR cannot record camera footage, but it still supports cloud storage (not free). To purchase a compatible HDD, you can search for the following ASIN codes: B07DW4YGYM, B07L3MKQBC, with a capacity of up to 6TB.
